I'm really sick, I feel absolutely horrible. Everything hurts, I'm stuffy, my throat hurts really bad, but I don't have strep gladly, and I've been lightheaded and nauseous. So I feel like trash.

Thanks. When I'm sick I usually just feel like trash, it could be a small cold and I'll feel like trash.
