@Rainolishia And now I suddenly have a hankering to read Twilight Eyes again... and it's packed up in one of about 20 boxes of books I still haven't opened since the move....  Le sigh...

@theeternalscribe  Same. Twilight Eyes is my favorite. It seems unreal that goblins might be real and that there are people who fight them

@Rainolishia That seems to be what I always aim for.  I used to love reading Dean Koontz as a kid, and I always seemed to remember that his stories could be happening right under our noses, and we wouldn't even know it.  I loved that about those books.
