Question 6: could you make the world building in your fics be better than OGs, one of the examples is to add more race other than humans and elves such as dwarves, beastman, etc?

@ AldySetiawan054 i mean what if the race i mention was actually live in Xadia and they also hate humans like elves, so imagine to them having their own civilazation and culture.

@AldySetiawan054 Hello! Sorry, I have been busy at work. To answer your question, the Dragon Prince has exhibited varieties of the elf race. There are other sentient races such as dragons and plantoids (only example so far is Elmer, Captain Finnegrin's First Mate). This implies there are more species, but they might not appear too often since the story I'm writing is focused on the island of Xadia.

Question 5: how would you take care your story because now in OG TDP series has 6 seasons and now there's season 7 and more new seasons would coming soon.

@AldySetiawan054 I won't be doing the time skip. So a potential second book could cover those 2 years before Season 4 as well.

@AldySetiawan054 This current fanfic will only be able to cover Seasons 1-3. In this story, many events that happened in OG TDP might change or not happen at all. If I plan to cover more, I will write a separate book.

Is the story in a kind of Hiatus or abandonment? My hopes are for a new chapter in the near future.
That aside, I think I have something that might help you in your work. Recently the author of Japan in Alagaësia created a Discord server dedicated to the discussion of ISOT-themed stories, I think he could help you a lot with information about Japanese laws and culture, international law and in some other aspect perhaps, saving you some time in research and giving you more complete feedback (although I'm not a writer, I suppose someone who writes these types of stories could give you much more useful constructive criticism than a simple reader)
