IMPORTANT: (I've gotten a couple of messages here and on tumblr so I'm making an official statement) please do NOT use my oc book as a template.  I was inspired to make one by someone else but the specific format that I use is one that I've put together over the past ten years and I don't want anyone else using it, especially without asking me.  If you want to look at the book that inspired me to make one then feel free to talk to the author, but the version that I used is just for my own use.
