VIKI GUESS WHAT?!?! 
          
          I’m in love.. with a sandwich. 
          
          PANINIS ARE AMAZING. In the sandwich maker.. all nice and soft and toasty, cheese melted to perfection, grilled tomato and jalapeños… basil on top…
          
          Last night I couldn’t get to sleep. You know why? Because I kept dreaming about the next time I’ll bite into a delicious panini, all those flavours jumbled and flattened together in the sandwich maker, something a normal oven-grill could never manage on its own. I tried it once, and it was all hard and dry, practically tasteless. 
          
          The funniest thing is the fact that cheese is my most hated, least favourite food. And honestly? I do eat cheese, and all dishes I eat that include cheese in them are my favourites, even though I say I hate it. And yet, I don’t think I’ve ever craved something as bad as this before. Perhaps only Tarka Dal from my favourite Indian restaurant, but that’s like my most loved dish ever. Whereas this panini, is not my most loved dish. But somehow, I just could not take my mind off it last night. 
          
          Lmao, have you ever had a panini before, Viki? I really have to go now so I can’t really say anymore-

          Don't get me started on the title switching back to default.
          
          So, in conclusion....
          I'll be publishing the sequel when I sort all these out.
          
          Probably gonna move to a new draft-- or an already existing one. (I'll let you know when I decide.)
