So yeah.  Andromeda is my newest girl.     A Gulfstream G500 or G550.  Hope you enjoy 

The next story to come is Called “The Reno Hornet”.  The two main characters are Randy and Sally. Randy is a aspiring young pilot and AMP mechanic in school.   He’s always has dreamt of flying and going to the Reno Air Races.  Sally is non other then a FA-18E Super Hornet.    She unfortunately sustained damage during a training deployment. A training missile was not balanced correctly and when she fired it, it struck her badly on her left wing.  The Navy gave her two options.   She could be fixed but never fly a combat mission ever again or she would be demilitarized and honorably discharged but her gun and tail hook  and radar would be taken out of her and she would be a Civilian Jet.    Both reside at the former Jacksonville Naval Air station now a civilian airport.   The idea is both Randy and Sally will fly across the country once FAA papers arrive and Randy will go to Reno with his Love and Sally will get to fly again and maybe even race.   

So ARA might just comeback to here.  As some aviation geeks know. Hill AFB painted another jet for Alaska ANG that looks a lot like “Wraith” (ARA).  Being she’s from Alaska and it’s near the Arctic circle.  Why not call her Aurora.    So just like ARA came back to Ryan.   Aurora is gonna find her Sister.
