Lemme just break character for a momen and say it’s also dangerous to eat too little. If you’re asking yourself this question before you eat, that’s borderline ed behavior imo, so please fill your body w/ all the nutrients you need to function. Even in moderation unhealthy foods have nutrients. If you’re experiencing issues around eating you may want to consult a medical professional it’s better to treat it earlier than later. Starving yourself or eating less than your recommended caloric intake can have serious consequences like shut down of vital organs, irregular periods and infertility, chronic feelings of fatigue, weakness, heart failure and sooo many more!
