Y’all I have my first day back to school today but my insomnia has been really bad in the last week and i feel really tired but I can’t sleep does anyone have any tips to go to sleep cause I’m dyyyyyiiinnnnggggg
Yalll is anyone up I’ve had the longest day I had to wake up at 6am leave the to go to the hospital to check on my wrist cause I fractured it a while back it’s almost healed thought and then at 7 I had to go shoping then I had to come home for like 20 to make a charcuterie board to bring to one of my friends get together and i only got back at like 12 so I’m like dead on the inside but my insomnia Is keeping me awake and I feel like I’m about to collapse but it’s fiiiiiinnneeee
