bridgerton twitter is so fucking toxic and full of people who haven’t bothered to pay any attention to the books. 
          
          i get it, not everyone is a reader. the show is an adaptation of the book, i know. they change a lot of things, I KNOW. 
          
          BUT do NOT try and explain the book based if you haven’t tried to read it as a whole. i just saw the worst take on a certain characters infertility storyline as forgotten because she ‘gets pregnant in the end’ when it quite literally takes her years and it culminates in such a beautiful moment. 
          
          sometimes i have to remind myself to take a step back and just enjoy the show as i’ve watched it and not follow a rabbit hole down that i know will make me mad

            preface: i will still watch the show but am wondering how much of the source material (which a lot of people loved reading and seeing come to life) they will change. i am excited to see a sapphic main story in the bridgerton universe, i am, however, allowed to be shocked when the news is still fresh. 100% thought they would genderbend other characters or make lgbtq+
