Alright! Well k-pop stands for Korean pop. It's based on singing groups in South Korea and (in my opinion) their singing is like... AWESOME. In some songs they do speak a little English but most of it is Korean. Some groups (I think) also sing their songs in Chinese. Check out BTS or EXO for examples... sorry if it's too long...
