The Hosie Hercules Au is finally finished, thank you for the continued support!

Only 3 more chapters to the Hosie Hercules story! The next section is called “A Star is Born.”
          
          I’m hoping to finish this story, “the monsters in between”, and the Taylor Swift Series.
          
          
          I have 4 chapters of TMIB, 2 songs of the Swift Series, then I will go on to start working on continuing some of the Taylor Swift oneshot stories and make them multi chapter.

Hey folks, I just want to thank you hoomans for continuing to support and read my work. I know I haven’t updated in forever..so I just wanted to give you an update about why.
          
          In September I had to get a second job, didnt really have much time to write with the hours of both work schedules. In December I was in and out of the hospital. In January I was diagnosed with Cancer and had to have surgery. February I was in recovery and currently back to both jobs with constant doctor visits. 
          
          I don’t want to lead you on by saying I’ll update soon, but life has been pretty hectic lately. I am working on some new ideas for fics, I just want to finish the ones that I have out before I continue onto the new stuff, but honestly I don’t know when I will be able to have time to write. 
          
          For those who follow the Hosie Hercules AU, I have stuff written for the next chapter but dont know when I will be able to finish it. 
          
          For those following the Taylor Swift Hosie series, I will be writing one shots for 
          “All the girls you loved before” and “Maroon” as the last two songs in the series.

Swifties/Hosies
          
           
          
          Over the past few months I have been writing a series of one-shot Hosie fics that were inspired by different songs by Taylor Swift.
          
          
          
          
          There are ten songs in this series, but only eight were pre-picked by me.
          
          
          
          
          Now that those eight fics have been released, I wanted to do something to ignite the fandom in a way. Not sure if it will work, or be a complete failure, but I figured why not?
          
          
          
          
          Since the completion of the eight one-shots, I announced that I wanted to bring together video editors and artists in a friendly competition.
          
          
          
          
          There are two songs remaining in this series that two people will be able to pick for me.
          
          
          
          
          With what has been released, I want you guys to create an edit or piece of art based on the one-shots in the series.
          
           
          
           Editors must use the song inspired by that one-shot, piecing together hosie scenes that relate to the fic itself.
          
          Ex: 
          
          “Betty” must be the song used in the background of the edit with clips of Hosie that relate to the story “You Know I Miss You.”
          
           
          
          “So It Goes” must be the song used in the background of the edit with clips of Hosie that relate to the story “All The Pieces Fall.”
          
          
          
          
          Artists have a bit more room, they just have to create a piece of art depicting hosie from any of the one-shots, based on what is happening in the story.
          
          
          
          
          Ex:
          
           
          
          Hope on a skateboard in front of Josie, (Betty oneshot)
          
           
          
          Josie as a lounge singer from the afterglow one-shot.
          
          
          
          
          You’ll have two weeks to finish and submit it.Once entries are in, the ones with the most likes or RT’s within the following week will get to choose the last two Taylor songs I write about in this series. 
          
          
          
          
          You will also get to choose the trope you want to see in said fic as well as getting first dibs on reading it once I finish it.
          
          
          
          
          If this flops, I will most likely just take suggestions from moots. Just thought it would be fun to do something like this. 
          
          

Okay fam, so 8/10 Hosie oneshots for the Taylor Swift Series I’m doing are posted. Something big I’m announcing on Friday in regards to the last two.
          
          If you are a video editor or an artist.. I’m setting up a competition between everyone in this particular fandom…the winners will be the ones to choose the last two songs I use for this series. I will be posting more about it on Twitter so make sure you follow for updates.

I have one more chapter of the Hosie Hercules Au before I take a small break from it to plan the next couple of chapters.
          
          I will be releasing other things instead, so keep your eyes peeled.

I’ll update I Can Go The Distance on Friday, that chapter will the first one of the next section. It will serve as the catalyst of the main part of the story. This will also be the section that has the most chapters and the most Hosie interactions as they get reacquainted. 
          
          
          You will also get to see Josie’s backstory and POV in this section as well.
