Hi, I am German so I must have put it the wrong way to say it I mean that Peter is, and stays English, but was raised in China because he was bought there by his parents so he could live with his aunt. Somehow the same as in these story's where Peter was born in London but his parents gave Peter to his aunt in America and was raised in America from then on. So that he speaks Chinese but IS AND STAYS English.
          I am so sorry if I have put it the wrong way, I probably shouldn't have put the word nationality in it, because I only wanted to say that he speaks the language and lived after being raised and born in England in China.
