It's been only couple of weeks and I feel like med school has already killed me. On top of that it's Ramadan and my sleep schedule at this point only consists of waking up, I don't remember sleeping. So now you all can understand the lack of update. But I am so grateful for the patience..thankyou so much to everyone who is waiting and sorry because I can't promise anything presently. Spare this troublesome first year medico
