@ReaderGodzilla IDK about Nintendo since they supposedly did nothing, but I hear the JRA (whom gave CyGames permission to use the history of the horses) and the actual owners of the IRL horses caught wind and there's a legit possibility they'll sue PETA since they also broke guidelines.
