Ok quick poll someone plz respond: should I cut my hair myself tonight so it’s to my collarbone? Context: it currently goes down to my waist and is approximately 2 ft long. May or may not do it regardless but I want opinions

Okay the scariest thing just happened to me and I swear to God I’m being serious. While I was walking from my car to my house I heard this feminine voice whispering to me. I think they said “wait” or “hey” but I heard it three times before reaching the door and locking it. Scariest part is there was no one there and it was dark outside.

So my mom took away my phone for yet another stupid reason. Whatever, don't need it anyway. Only problem is my phone is my alarm clock, so I don't know how to wake up for school without it. Any ideas? And before anyone asks, I literally don't have any type of clock in my room and all of my family leaves hours before school starts for me.
