Hi guys. Just finished second degree black belt testing! Here’s some of what it included: - 5k run at 8:00 in the morning - 120 burpees, squats, sit ups, push ups - an hour of kicking paddles - sparring (fighting) - breaking wooden boards - a minute and a half of plank - a minute and a half of side plank on each side - self defence techniques - and a whole lot more Just thought I’d share this good news!

@Reading_rules_all CONGRATULATIONS! i was meant to start karate with my aunt yesterday, but the instructor was sick!
