im so socially awkward but ppl at school dont believe me cause im lowkey hype asf but as soon as im not with one of my friends or sum or just family when i’m out ima freeze up

i need a book thats a sxs (not other exceptions) and is like centered on mental health (sh, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, etc.) and i need the characters to meet and start connecting after being enemy’s but one says something super terrible (like about family and stuff going on at home that they were trusted with, that makes the other character go into a really dark time of panic attacks and stuff
