Got back into the space to do most my normal stuff yesterday and spent most of today doing just that. Body still isn't in great shape especially considering I had a bad fall onto concrete at the start of the week. Hip and shoulder I landed on still hurt but nothing broke so just soreness and inability to sleep comfortably for now.
Looking forward to catching up on things.
Only my husband knew this till now, but figured should let some on this site know too as am starting to barely feel better. For the last week or so my physical and mental health have been on decline, so I've been unable to read any updates I see pop up on any site.

Few things. First I forgot to post a new notification sense September so sorry. Am better obviously just adjusting to the new battery in human chest with how fast the brain drains it if have a bad week. Second not that am negative but I am more confused why I've been getting so many followers recently when I haven't posted a story, I thought people on this site only followed friends or writers.
But I hope when I do try to write for first time it'll be enjoyable if nothing else.

@dogday2006 Hey dog, and am mixed bag. Surgery pain gone but been dealing with a lot more issues because of the rechargeable battery that only lasts at most a week when the hospital said average was 2 weeks with max of 3. So having to break out all the equipment to recharge it weekly and sometimes twice a week if migraines or pain is bad while keeping all the kit charged. Sorry I haven't gotten back to reading your stories, several other things getting in the way or finding a new story that I start to read and stop shortly after. Not to blame but Darknoble is one such person, I comment as I read like most but they don't seem to understand that and yelled at me for commenting at something that was revealed shortly later.

Starting to heal and not sleeping most of the day away, but not all is well because of course it can't be. With the new battery is draining vastly faster than it's suppose to and needs to be charged three times as often, which makes difficult life more difficult.

Hey Dogday here I wanted to see how you’re doing is recovery going well
For anyone who doesn't know through me telling them or reading one of my comments, on Wednesday the 20th of August 2025 I had a surgery to replace the pacemaker battery that powers my human brain with a newer version that can be recharged instead of needing surgery every 2 to 3 years. However due to how high the settings to let my body move somewhat being so high the battery drains twice as fast as the doctors predicted. Won't know long term effects for a while, but originally the new rechargeable battery was suppose to last 15 to 20 years.
I had withdrawn for 2 weeks from 90% of things to recover, still sore due to the battery size change than week after my nearly 20 year old dog died to a heart attack when I wasn't there to comfort him which furthered my depression. So this old mother is trying to get back into the old rhythm with my husband and children, than using Wattpad, AO3, Youtube, ect. but I feel will take a while.
