            I never realised how much you had to do to open a cafe! To be honest ... I just thought that if you were able to cook and had the money you could open a restaurant just like that! I guess I thought wrong ... lol. Anyway I wish you that best for the next few years ... and what do you mean "if it will happens at all"?! If it's something you really want to do, it will happen! :D
            
            As for weird food creations ... peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwiches? Really? Joking! To be honest, I've never tried peanut butter .. I really need to though! Lol! And as for the pizza ... don't ask ... I don't know what I was doing ... I have my moments! :P
            
            Finally baking ... I prefer baking as to actually cooking meals ... I don't really know why but I just think it's more fun, even though I've never really cooked a proper meal before (pros of still being an irresponsible teen ;) But I used to do food technology at school, and I remember this one time I made a batch of shortbread biscuits, in an acorn shape (don't ask), and I had to make the template, make the dough thing and then ice it as well, once it had baked. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever made and probably will ever make! Lol! I was so proud ... And as for the washing/ cleaning up ... I feel you! I hate cleaning up with a passion! I have no idea what I'm going to do when I older ... hahaha ...
            
            So yh ... What have you been up to these past few months? Anything exciting, crazy, boring etc .... lol! :D

So I wrote out a very long reply... Twice! Only for it to keep not actually posting... Turns out that I wasn't actually logged in. Which would kind of make a little bit of sense. =(

            I wish that it was as simple as completing a course at TAFE to be able to open a café. Its not as simple as that. The course that I am looking at enrolling in is to help me learn the skills and obtain knowledge about food basically. There is a lot more needed to be done. To start with there is the business side of it all. You need to have a location to build on or to buy. Both you need council approval to do so and also need approval to open. There is also the fact that you need to be in a financial position to run it otherwise you will just end up going backwards instead of forwards. It'll take quite a few more years to establish it, if it happens at all. 
            
            Weird food creations, I don't think that I have come up with anything lately. Unless you consider peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwiches, which I don't cause so many people eat them. And why would you put garlic on a pizza knowing that you don't even like it, that does not make any sense to me at all you know. 
            
            Baking... Haven't done it in a while. It went well last time we were speaking though. I love the cooking part just not the cleaning up when it is all finished. Always takes longer to clean up the mess than it does to make it. Which I think it should be the other way around. What about you do you bake at all?

            And how can I forget your cafe/ restaurant dream?! It's so cool ... I really want to work as a part time waitress at one point in my life. And you must be so excited ... another step towards your restaurant! :D Oh btw, you know this TAFE thing, does it mean that you can finally open your restaurant or do you have to do more courses etc? Anyway, good luck! Let me know how everything goes ... :D
            
            As for weird food creations ... nah ... unless you count, putting too much garlic on a pizza when I don't even like garlic! What about you? Last time we talked ... you were saying how you had been baking ... who did that go?
