Sitting at the base of a tree, legs spread and her knees lifted from the ground, with her elbows resting inwards upon them, Red sat, back rounded as her body slouched forward, her face looking down at the ground, shadowed by her long thick blonde hair.
A smile seemed to be growing on her face. No longer her usual, happy smile, but rather a disturbed seeming smile, Red's entire demeanor seemed to be changing, and not for the better. Her once vibrant, pinky red eyes were slowly turning into a deep red wine color, and light bags seemed to now form under her eyes. She now 'breathed' with an easily audible sound at close ranges, and her skin had begun to grow colder. A twitch would every once in a while find its way under her left eye.
It had been a long time sinse anyone had associated themselves with this woman, and it was clear that things were slowly growing too much for her to bare. She disliked silence. Silence always seemed to bother her the most, and yet, silence is what had been surrounding her for months now. Pure silence. Not even the forest any longer provided her with enough sound to keep her calm and collected demeanor any longer.
The complete silence of the forest would slowly be broken by the deep sound of Red's now broken laugh that slowly began to rise from her throat. Despute its deep tone, it would slowly begin to get louder, accompanied by a loud ringing sound that only she could hear, a ringing in her ears that bothered her all the more.
If she hadn't already lost it yet, then she was on the brink, and her ever growing blood lust seemed to push her farther over the edge, now teetering in between knowing who she was, or losing herself. It would only be a few more days before she forgot the difference between right and wrong, at best.
