“Oh, uh h-hey Wendy!” Dipper gave her a nervous smile. He thought he’d got over this, talking to her like a normal person. 

“WENDYYYYYY!”

"Well, well, well! What do we have here?" Bill circled her, snickering to himself. "Been a few years, hasn't it Red?"

           side   ,   so  you  see  i  have  to  get  to  the  spider  soc-   *ahem*   i  mean   . . .   ❞   they  seamed  to  ramble  to  themselves  before  catching  themselves  on  what  would  come  out  of  their  mouth  if  they  didn   't   pull  back  on  the  brakes   .   they  always  were  chatty   . . .   they   'd   have  to  kick  that  habit   ,   they  realized   .   
          the  spider  person  shook  their  head  before  staring  back  to  the  the  person  in  front  of  them   .      ❝   so   ,   tell  me  what  you   're   doing  here  and  hopefully  this  won   't   end  up  in  me  bringing  you  in   !   ❞

          the  spider-person  hummed  upon  holding  themselves  up  with  their  webs   ,   staring  down  towards  the  villain   .   the  white  eyes  of  their  black  mask  narrowed   ,   head  tilting  from  their  position  upside  down   .   though  even  in  this  scenario  did  they  show  amusement   ..   did  they  ever  take  anything  seriously   ?   
                 ❝   and  on  my  day  off  too   ,   how  inconsiderate   .   ❞

❛   huh   ,   guess  somebody  took  care  of  it  already   . .   ❜   upon  seeing  the  sight  of  the  criminals  already  restrained  and  apprehended   ,   the  masked  hero  had swung  down  using  their  webshooters  before  dropping  to  the  streets  ground   .   having  caught  sight  of  what  seemed  to  be  another  hero   ,   did  their  eyebrow  raise   ,   eyes  of  their  mask  following  suit   .   ❝   did  you  manage  this   ?   impressive   . .   ❞   they  mumbled  absentmindedly  before  getting  a  second  look  towards  the  other   .   ❝   say   . .   i  haven   't   seen  you  around  this  city  before   . . .   are  you  /even/  a  hero   ?   or  was  my  job  just  done  by  a  random  stranger   ..   ❞   they  asked   ,   though  giving  a  slight  chuckle  under  their  breath  towards  the  end  of  their  sentence   .
