Dr. Carina DeLuca, an accomplished Italian-born Ob-Gyn, arrives in a small town to take on a new role leading the Ob-Gyn department at the local Hospital.

However, on her first day, Carina is immediately drawn to a distressed blonde woman she sees rushing through the ER, later identifying her as Captain Maya Bishop of the local fire station, Station 19.

The story takes place in a alternate universe similar to and based on the TV show Station 19 and one of the most badass and iconic couples of the show, Maya and Carina.

This series follows the lives of these beloved characters and the way their personal lives overlap thought out the years.
