So yeah, I have a cut on my tongue. Small enough to be unnoticeable but still bad enough for it to get an infection. My throat is dry, I can't stop salivating, my neck feels hot, and my stomach is more angry than young Kratos.

@ReinerBraun456 i don't know how to help you but whenever I give a speech, I act sarcastic. It might not work but "fake it till you make" is probably your best option right now
@ReinerBraun456 I can't really help you since I rarely do speeches in front of large groups of people.
I had to do a public speaking thing for a class couple weeks ago. Best thing I did for it is I did it in the mirror about three time until I stopped stuttering to myself and then I did it in front of a couple friends and it surprisingly worked. Might work for you
