Due to the Suicide Awareness Month, I will talk about the topic self h@rm. So heads up.
          	Hello, girls, gays and the theys (and co)!
          	To talk about suicide is too triggering for me and maybe for you, too. But I want to talk about an unhealthy way that stopped me from suicide for a very long time - self harm.
          	Self harm. 
          	For me it is my biggest protection yet it is what hurt me most in my live.
          	Self harm can be done in many different ways, and actually is backed up by science. 
          	Through self harm, addicted people release a hormon that makes themhappy and more energysed. 
          	Therefor it is often used for coping. 
          	I wanna share a few different coping mechanisms, if you are struggeling with an unhealthy coping way ( like cutting, drugs, alcohol, etc...)
          	1. I know its hard but talk to someone. If you do not trust anyone enough, you can talk about other topics with friends and family to distract yourself. 
          	2. If that is not an option, you should cope with a different kind of pain. Ice cubes on your skin our washing your hands with hot/icy water (in a way that doesn´t damage you to hard!)
          	3. if it is late at night our you find yourself unable to do something like that, you can either DM me or write down things that make YOU happy. 
          	Last, but not least, remember your journey. Why do you that to yourself  and how can you stop yourself from being triggered again? What makes you want to give up) And how can you change it?
          	Addiction is strong but so are you. 
          	Share your story.
          	Because only if you reach out your hand, somebody can grab it.

Let me tell you something, people. Today , when I was in school, I was going to my classroom - when a stranger (another student) pushed me to the side. "Faggot.", he had spat on me, and ran away after that.
          Dude, that´s not okay. That guy shoved me against the wal - because I am queer? What did I do to you, man? Did my homo attack your fragile, straight heart? 
          When I told the story to my friends, they said the man was sympathic - they turned out to be homophobic. My ckasmates, not rated as frienda really, were the ones that actually worried. 
          "Who was it?", they asked. "Who di I have to slap in the face? Homophobia isn´t fancy!", they said-.
          Why am I telling you this? I wanna show you, that in the dark, there are still people caring about you. You, yourself, are, in fact, loving yourself - in the dark. 
          We are all loving ourselfs and overs out of the dark.
          Step out to the light, okay?

I updated a chapter on the Hamilton Fanfic (where Alexander suffers from OCD and sadly relapses, leaving his friends to help the poor, suffering man - in other words, the fanfiction with the angsty chapters). 
          I do not know what I think of that book, but I will try tokeep it going.
