That line is Marathi, and it's the third line of a verse. Each three-line verse of the Marathi lovesong, plus two lines of refrain, is followed by its translation. "Eka vākaḍī zaḷatī reṣā itakī kimayā ghaḍe!" means "One crooked burning line shaped such a transformation!"
