Later, All Might admits to the media that, despite the brutality, Ikaru did the RIGHT thing, and points out that the limelight category is rife with corruption due to MOST pros being bullies and narcissists who will hurt others for pleasure. If their parents REALLY cared to caution them, they would be decent human beings! Gran Torino adds that due to their society's obsession with quirks, there have been incidents of pre-teen kids disrespecting quirkless people and engaging in quirk violence- which wouldn't happen if their families ACTUALLY taught them humility, along with enlightening them on the good, the bad, and everything in between. When the media questions him, he says "When society chooses power over people, you can't expect the kids to be alright!"

He hands the adults baseball bats, machetes and flamethrowers, telling them to give Xing the taste of his own medicine.
For hours, they beat and scorch him. In the end, one of them pulls out two tasers set on max, and stabs them into his hands, rendering him FUNCTIONALLY quirkless!
The scene is broadcast to the entire school to warn anyone with similar mindsets against being like Xing. Following this, half of the students drop out (excluding 1-A and the neighboring ones, as they UNDERSTAND his reasoning, and they are not bullies), and when the staff tries firing him for being unfair, he pulls out two sheets of paper and, holding it in their faces, says "Unfair?! Look at these medical reports and ask yourself if HIS actions were fair! What did you expect me to do, hand out a medal for courage?!
This is a HERO school, you absolutely SHOULDN'T allow any MONSTERS here.
Also, the HC will help anyone with a flashy quirk, so I'm making sure HE doesn't end up on their list and become a BIGGER threat in the future. And before you SCREAM at me, ask yourselves if procedure would be the first thing on your minds if YOUR kids were in THAT position".
The teachers realize he's right, and look down in shame!

Okay, changed it A BIT:
Okay, here's more of Ikaru's nuclear revenge:
At one point in the story, Ikaru catches Xing, a pro-heroism student (who's also Monoma's cousin. He's based off 'Xorn' from the Spider-man: 2099 series), and his lackeys, bullying a student and gives him a sound beating.
The school staff finds out about Xing's acts (with evidence), and he's expelled (along with his lackeys, especially when he tries to attack the teachers). At first, everything is fine, until Spider-man catches Xing SAVAGELY beating up the student in an alleyway, as another passerby, visibly injured, watches in fear. He fights him, during which Xing admits he wanted to have his fun at any cost, angering Spider-man.
Despite restraining him, it's too late- the student is in a coma (Ikaru/Spider-man believes he's PARTLY responsible, as he had seen Xing walking around in the area, but as the former was busy chasing a criminal, he couldn't bother to check)!
An enraged Spider-man knocks out Xing. He wakes up to find himself in a dark room, strapped in a chair, and a few angry adults standing on the side- they are the victim's family. Ikaru (who's being his civilian self, and claims Kariudo is an acquaintance), who appears to be reading a book with his shades on, asks him 'You know what happens to kids WITHOUT manners?', and when Xing says 'no' fearfully, Ikaru closes the book, walks towards Xing, bends down as he takes off his glasses, and, looking Xing in the eyes, says 'They grow up to become MONSTERS!' (I got this from 'Megan')!!

Inori/Ikaru is TOO SCARED of telling his mom the truth (his true identity. She DOES figure out anyways) not just for the fear of endangering her, but because he believes she will not like what he's become. However, as he's lied about being a DISTANT relative, he decides to visit her on special occasions, like birthdays and festivals!

Okay, here's a scene:
A pro on UA's teaching staff walks into Nezu's office and asks him if he knew, to which he replies "depends on what you mean"! As they start explaining, the flashback begins- The staff asks Ikaru who are his idols, to which he replies it's David Shield (and a few other scientists and engineers), which shocks them, so Ikaru explains that his family AREN'T huge fans of pro-heroism, and he admits to being forbidden to watch the news, anything hero-related, and even read hero comics till the age of 10! Back in the present, Nezu admits that it's EXACTLY why he hired him, and goes on a tangent about how exposure to violence can be detrimental to a 4-year-old's mind, and the fact that many Japanese people are making this mistake. He even adds that due to gaining powers at 4, the kids FAIL to hone their minds and cultivate their other talents, leading to stunted mental and emotional development, which means emotional immaturity in adulthood! He even cites the slime incident as a GLARING example of intellectual maturation gone wrong! Plus, MOST children in their society grow up with power privilege, as their society constantly manipulates the fortunate, so they FAIL to recognize REAL problems when they appear before them, which is why many pros are not aware of REAL issues. When the pro asks what it has to do with Ikaru, he states that Ikaru's family may be aware of the dark side of their society, and his strict upbringing may have been a precaution to ensure his emotional and mental wellbeing! Pros-unlike quirkless people and business course students- didn't struggle much, as their future was set, making them TERRIBLE role models for the 'less' privileged.
Because Ikaru has seen and experienced the real world, he's a good fit for the job, as the students need to realize what REALLY matters in pro-heroism!

Keep in mind that after Aldera is bought to justice, Inori/Ikaru makes Bakugo confess to his parents about what he did to Izuku all those years (he assures to them he wasn't entirely at fault, and they confiscate FEW of his privileges). Later, in private, Ikaru ANGRILY tells Bakugo that he's LUCKY Izuku still cares, and IF he didn't, Ikaru would have HAPPILY ruined his future!

This happens BEFORE Aldera is exposed.
The UA teachers notice Ikaru's harassment of Bakugo and call him for interrogation. When a teacher calls Bakugo 'innocent', Ikaru bursts out laughing, and mockingly asks them WHY they would say that when they never met the guy before in their life. He tells them everything Bakugo did in middle-school, including the suicide baiting (He doesn't mention Izuku's name)!
This is when Nezu enters and reveals the disturbing facts he's dug up on Aldera.
