I listened to my teenage daughters giggling about 1D fanfiction for a few years before I checked it out myself. Partially I wanted to read what @smallestharrie was writing. I am my daughter's biggest fan.
Once upon a time I was more serious about writing trying to go the publishing route but then life happened. Now I'm an elementary school music teacher who never stopped writing but I'm not as ambitious about it as I used to be. I like that I can put my stories on here so they can live on and not get lost like the floppies and thumb drives I used to save them on (yeah, that's how old I am. I swear I've yet to come across someone Wattpad related born before 1980. The day will come, if you're lucky, when you'll feel old too!) 

I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. My dream has always been to write about Mormon characters for a mainstream audience in a true light. They aren't always my main characters but they are there. I love and am actively looking for good uplifting Christian fiction and want to support those authors! I love Jane Austen, L.M. Montgomery, YA dystopia, science fiction, Brandon Sanderson, the Dune books, C.S. Lewis and JRR Tolkein. I am also my daughter's biggest fan. She writes 1D fanfiction on here and cracks me up like crazy!
