I'm trying to find a book I read it's about a female who run away from her alpha mate and she runs into four people in the woods one of them can shift into a bear and his name is bear they teach her how to climb trees 

Im trying to find a book I read a while ago, about werewolves, where the girls runs away and finds 4 people in the woods and stays with them, one of them can transform into a bear and his name is bear I think, they teach her how to climb and jump trees, any ideas :)
