just wanted to say to anyone interested in my 'Reading the book' work, I am currently going through and editing the chapters but I don't know when the revised  version will be out as I am in my first year of uni and am balancing a major course load as well as working through the week so I have very little free time to work on it but I wanted to assure you guys that it hasn't been abandoned :)
