Hello fellow writers and my dear readers :) 
          I'm back after an extremely long sabbatical -- I truly apologise! I was going through a transformation, both physical and emotional and was unable to find a way to put anything down in words. However, I am almost filled with new energy. I don't want to compare this journey to that of a butterfly, but I do feel ready to share my stories with you, with the world again.

Hello fellow writers and my dear readers :) 
          After a long hiatus, I have decided to step out of my shell and share a short story with you that I've been working on for a while now. It's a bit different from my other works and a part of me is still hesitant to share this with the world.           As the heavy rain poured outside, Raj found himself sitting alone at his favourite bar. The storm thwarted his friend's plans to join him, leaving Raj to sip his drink in solitude, with only the bar owner for company. However, Raj could never have imagined how his night would unfold, starting with an unexpected encounter with an alluring stranger.
          The storm of emotions inside Raj raged like a tempest, and as a bolt of lightning struck dangerously near, it brought him to his knees. But he was not one to complain, not in the face of the thrilling turn his night had taken.

How's everyone's weekend going on? 
          The Monday Blues are already sinking in to me here this evening. And I had such a wonderful Sunday, so that makes it even worse to welcome in the week ahead! 
          
          I'm currently reading: Faith: 40 Insights Into Hinduism by Devout Pattanaik - this is a very new genre for me, but I'm enjoying the read so far.
