I have to bring to your notice this recent event to prevent you from falling victim as I did
On the 10th August 2020, I contacted one Richard Clark who is a member of this group after he made a post about needing a book cover design.
To cut story short, I work with a team of editors and directed a designer on my team to him. They negotiated and she delivered the job to him. However, he claimed to make payment which was false. Since the job was a referral, the team member trusted me and did not detect scam.
When however the payment failed to reflect for days, she contacted him and was blocked. I then reached out to him and threatened to take legal action against him. He also blocked me after that.
I want to use this medium to call out RICHARD CLARK as a SCAM and a THIEF of Intellectual property. Anyone on this group should avoid doing business with him. I have screenshots as proof.
