Idk if anyone can help me but I'm trying to find the name of a book I read a while ago. I've tried all of the tags I could think of but came up short. 
          	Basically it's a bwwm story he (I believe his name was Eli) owns his own veterinarian clinic with his brother. He comes home one day and a new neighbor is throwing a party and he calls the cops. From there they start pranking each other, he literally steals her dog .
          	There are a lot more details I could state, sad I know because I can't remember the title. 
          	Help! Lol.
