I'm a mom and a manager at an optical retailer (formerly an arts and crafts store). 👩‍👦👓

I'm artistic. I dabble in graphic design, love to draw, occasionally paint and once a year I make costumes. (Still true!) 🎨

I've loved to read my whole life and I always wanted to write, but I struggled with finishing anything until I started writing about Finn and Bayley. (Still true!) 📚✍️

I still have occasional bouts of writers block and disappear for awhile. I'm introverted and sometimes anti-social by nature. (Hence the 6-year absence!) 😶

I love wrestling. My husband got me hooked on it, and it consumes my life. (Still love it, but the hyperfixation faded) 🤼‍♂️🔥

I'm addicted to Instagram. I run two accounts a fanart account @rikka.rose.forever and a Finn and Bayley fanpage @balorbayley.rose (Update: The first account I still lurk on when I use Instagram, which is occasionally. The second account I lost access to years ago.) 📸

I also publish on Archive of Our Own (AO3) as RikkaRose and fanfiction.net as RikaRose. (Still true; mostly I simultaneously publish on all 3, but there are exceptions. So if you haven't checked out all of them, you have missed at least 1 story somewhere in there!)
