Hey guys!
So, some of you may have noticed already, but the fourth book of "The Stranger In My Bed" series, "My Suitor's Secret" is officially off hiatus!
I would like to thank you all for so patiently waiting for the book to return, and would like to give you all a brief rundown of what happened, what's happening now, and what may happen in the future:
What happened: So, the reason for the long hiatus. In the middle of writing one of the chapters for the book, I was informed that one of my stories had been selected to become a Wattpad Original. Since this is an opportunity that gave me the chance to earn actual income for my writing, I really put my all into creating an excellent story and promptly meeting all my deadlines. However, between a family, a job, and personal obligations, this didn't leave me much time to work on other projects. Which meant the SIMB series had to be put on hold. However, now that my other story is finished (and thanks to several requests from you, the readers), I will now be continuing on with the series.
What now: The latest chapter has already been posted and is ready to read. I will continue to work on the story, but since this book is my personal project and I receive no income for it, it will not be posted on a regular schedule. I will try for a minimum of 1-2 chapters a month, but it really depends on how available I am to write.
The future: As of now, I plan to finish off the book before pursuing other projects. Wattpad has not currently informed me of any plans to sign me for a second book. However, should that opportunity ever arise, I would most likely accept. So, while I currently have no plans for another hiatus, know it may be a possibility if another opportunity to have my story in a paid program should arise.
No matter what happens, though, I thank you all for your patience with this story and your continued support for my writing in general. I am only able to do all this thanks to all of you.
