Well guys, after making some changes and sorting things out within the community, we have finalized a very big decision, and I would like to announce it officially.
I, SireSwag, am the new owner and head of the Rising Star Community. I want to talk about what this means now and in the future.
We are still doing this year's awards, and we've got our judges working on their material to get things finished up. I won't be changing anything for this ongoing contest, but in the future, I will be slightly tweaking the system and rules of the contests so that they're more comprehensive, smooth, and most importantly, fun.
I promise and swear to do my best to retain the image and mission of the Rising Star Community while also trying to bring about new and exciting changes and additions to the platform that will improve the Community and extend its reach, more effectively execute our goals and drives, and help new and rising Stars to be the best they can be!
We want to hear your inputs, so please, tell us what you think and what you want!

We've taken a big hit to our staff members, so we'll be needing judges for our currently running awards.
