Clary [ on hiatus ]

          life update, i'm a registered nurse now! yippee!! i've been so busy with studying for my licensure examination as well as my general admissions test for medical school so very noticeably that i've been... gone for so long.
          
          i'm sincerely sorry for saying i'll be back but then i'll be gone for so long. you readers, especially the ante mortem readers, don't deserve my absence for such a story.
          
          trust me, i really love ante mortem and what i've come to plot around it. i've had a general idea for so long, it's time for me to fill in the blanks to get the stories and conclusion that i want.
          
          i'll try to get a chapter out every month this coming 2026— mostly because i've been craving to do something creatively in a literary sense.
          
          and maybe (just a very hard maybe), i'll try to revive my creativity for sally face through one-shots :) since they're quick, and back then that's how i would go around my inability to write. look out for a new one-shots book, maybe! 
          
          advanced happy new year guys! i love you all so much, i sincerely thank you for reading my stories— no matter how cringe and corny i wrote before.

          I'm suddenly brimming with so much ideas for Ante Mortem I'm gonna cry!!!
          
          I miss my laptop!! I still don't have the money to get it fixed again so I'm just.

I'm brimming with random story ideas and I have the idea to.. impulsively make another Sally Face one shot book with all these random ideas AHAHAH
          
          I might do that one of these days. <3

All my Ante Mortem drafts are in my laptop back in my dorm..
          
          I went home because I had a family gathering T^T
          
          I have an itch to write, so I'm going to go and remake "The Masked and the Faceless" because it's lighter and easier for me right now. I just have huge plans for Ante Mortem so I can't just type anything for it.
          
          Will delete the chapters for that story in a while !

          For so long, I thought I was just unmotivated with Ante Mortem. Turns out I've lost my spark in writing it.. as it currently is.
          
          Re-reading it made me realise that everything is so.. wonky and I was excusing plot holes and mismatched details with my "time reverse" schtick. It was smart for the first few times, but I realise that it doesn't work. The story, as it is, also has.. too much filler chapters that it hurts my heart.
          
          So what do I want to say? I want to re-write this story. I will keep it as an xReader fic, but Reader will now be gender neutral to cater to everyone :]
          
          I won't be able to do it now! It will take time, of course, as I am graduating nursing school next year! Yipee! I'm not saying I will have more time on this story as I graduate, I still have to go through board exams and medical school. 
          
          Just stay tuned as to whenever I will post more updates about revamped Ante Mortem :] I'm not giving up, I'm just resparking my love for Sally Face and my story.
          
          Love you guys! I am so sorry for being gone for so long. I'll make it up to you guys <3

          i cant believe my grade 10 self can i go smack her please THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING!!!

im kinda back from the dead?? haha?? honestly i cant fully be back but i really just.. wow im so so so so so SO grateful for all the love and support im still getting even though im on hiatus!!

          seeing people enjoy Ante Mortem gives me so much motivation and love as a writer.. I remember writing fanfiction before but it didnt have much traction, until I gave almost literally my whole heart for Sally Face.
          
          as for me.. im already in my third year of college... can you believe i started writing Sally Face fanfiction when I was in grade 10?!?! my stories have come so far omg.. i really cant be any more grateful to you guys..
