I am a Dutch-Canadian author, working internationally as an ICT consultant out of the magical city of Amsterdam.  For many years I have been fascinated by history, notably WW2 aviation  and it was only a matter of time before I started writing about it. As a result, I have published three "Historical Fiction" books over the past few years.
The latest is called "Pearl Harbor and more - stories of December 7, 1941" and is an anthology of stories written by me and seven other writers.  Reviewers have rated our work on Amazon with 4.7 stars out of 5!.
In September 2014, I published "The Odyssey", the first book in the "Java Gold"  series.  The story starts at the outbreak of the Pacific War. With the Japanese invaders at Java's doorstep, a cargo of gold is hurriedly put aboard an airplane for safe delivery in Australia. But a malignant fate intervenes, the flight goes astray and the cargo is lost.  The story then follows the survivors of the flight as they try to recover this treasure after the war. Reviewers rated the books high, with 4.8 stars out of 5. Here's what some of them  say:

 The main story is fiction, but it is wrapped within accurate historical data of the war effort. The plot is complex and the author's attention to details and research are exemplary.
