A confused researcher......

I'm a social science Researcher by profession, but also a science fiction addict.

Because I still confuse with my academic paper so I write novel for fun. It is not fun if you must published your paper to high Scopus indexed journal. 

I'm open for theoretical or practical discussion in the area of Knowledge Management, Management of Technology, Management of Innovation, or Organizational Development.
