I am  from Fiji and have been brought up along the beautiful Rewa River area in a small town called Nausori. I came to New Zealand in 2009 to pursue a PhD in Computer Science at Victoria University of Wellington. My research interests in general encircle the methodologies and applications of Artificial Intelligence. 

My interests are in Literature, Philosophy of Religion, Spirituality and Poetry. I  have been the founding editor of the Blue Fog Journal (bluefogjournal.com) since 2006 and have published two poetry collections. My next poetry collection, "Being at Home" is planned to be completed in 2012. I am also the Founder and Executive Director of Software Foundation of Fiji.
