This will readily identify my work's intended audience, origin, content (and why such rating is claimed), as well as any artist's works.  The purpose of this is to ensure that every individual that assists in any work completed is referenced and nothing is claimed without full ownership.  Any information not directly referenced should be considered (c) Silverwing Publishing, until clarification can be made; as such, no work should be infringed upon.

If any image that is referenced as "unknown" or "free to use" is determined incorrectly labelled, I would ask for a private message to be sent to me for immediate correction, upon proof of claim.  I do not seek to claim any work that is not my own, and if any such occasion arises, it should be understood as either (a) intentional, as I own full rights and/or have obtained all proper permissions for its use, or (b) an oversight, as I have been unable/or not contacted to correct a mistake on my part, due to inconclusive reference of original imagery.

If any information is found to be incorrect, I welcome a message giving correction, and proof of claim.  Upon proof being verified, I will openly and readily acknowledge any mistake on my part.
