How did you find out about Wattpad and what made you stay?

@Romance I was looking for Warrior Cats fanfics, came here and then posted my own and got addicted via my crippling addiction with books

@Romance I came looking for a place to post my newest fanfic. I hadn't done any writing in a long time, so I was look for the old-fashioned forum setup, realized that wasn't really a thing anymore, and found Wattpad instead. And then I started getting consistent readers who I liked to interact with, and found authors I loved, and discovered writing challenges...it just snowballed. :)

I never knew there was an app called Wattpad until my online friend opened the door for me to enter this world full of stories written by passionate writers... I started reading stories here at first like there is no tomorrow and then thought what if I start writing a story too... And then, I realized my dream here, to be an author. To share my imaginary world in the form of stories, and I stayed and it's been six years and I am sure I will continue to stay.

@Romance, my favorite setting would usually be a mythical kingdom filled with mysterious and dark things and sometimes I love the setting of a dense forest with unknown creatures too

Today, we invite writers to practice pitching their best Para-Romantasy story ideas in 1-2 sentences that hook us instantly! Here’s an example formula to get you started:
> *When [inciting incident] happens, [protagonist] must [action] in order to [goal].*
You can then comment on each other's pitches and might find that you've got one that truly inspires you to keep going from the responses!
And readers, we’ve got something for you too! Comment with what YOU would love to see in a Para-Romantasy story – whether it’s a forbidden love between magical realms, a love spell gone wrong, or a swoon-worthy ghost romance!
