How do you put text to speech on your books? Do you have to pay for that or somethin?

Yall i hate people some times. Like some people make me want to couch into a hole T^T it truly sucks. 
          But then THAT ONE person you never want to not be around walks away and tells you to shoo because they are talking to someone else…
