Today's topic: MENTAL HEALTH I believe that through life, everybody will have a low and high point. The low point is where we start to hate ourselves and do some stupid shit... But what should we do during these times to ensure it is liveable and bearable. 1) Self Love Sayings -- you can obviously find this online or just do some yoga and think this through yourself and leave out negative thoughts 2) Surround yourself with people who bring you up -- not everybody is this lucky so just hit me up and I will try my best to be a very good friend 3) Remember that everyone is unique -- so everybody deals with themselves on their own so it might take a longer time to get out of the downhill so always live yourself for who you are. Never forget that you are born for a purpose that you need to find. This is your life. Own it! Love Rosa P. S. Talk to me if you want a friend!

@Rosabbit Hey Rosa! I'm glad you wrote on this 'Mental Health' topic.I am fighting with some issues for past 2 years I know consulting a psychiatrist is must but Yoga,meditation..these things help us a lot and we should not forget How to love and take care of ourselves.. Seriously you did a great job by sharing these thoughts and you wrote them beautifully.. Thumbs up!
