I'm that girl that wears her heart on her sleeves, or in this case, in the pages of my notebooks.

All of these short poems are in lyrical form, intentionally written in lowercase, unfiltered, from the inner workings of my mind, usually late at night.

I am an advocate for mental health, particularly for the bipolar and anxiety community. I choose to put my voice, my words, and my heart out there, in hopes of shedding light on what it's like and to help others not feel so alone.
