Hey guys,
I know I haven’t updated in a while. I’ve kind of stopped writing to focus on life. It’s been a lot, but taking a step back has helped me feel less stressed, and I’m really glad I made that choice.
When I look back at my old stories, I can’t help but cringe a little (in a good way). I started writing in my first year of high school with a Ninjago fanfic. At first, I was embarrassed, I thought I was too old to be writing about LEGO characters, but it was so much fun. I didn’t really know how to write, but people still read and enjoyed my stories, and that meant the world to me. Then came Shattered Narratives (my Transformers phase). I know, a romance about giant robots sounds ridiculous, but I loved creating it. The plot was all over the place, but it was an amazing creative outlet. Now, as a senior and almost an adult, I’ve grown a lot. Writing shaped me, it taught me how to imagine, to feel deeply, and to share a part of myself with others. And honestly, no one is ever “cringe” for writing. Writing is brave. The chances of me finishing my old stories are slim, but if I ever come back, it’ll be on a new account and about something deeper. Anyone can take my stories, rewrite them, or make them into something new, you don’t need to ask. Just give a little credit, maybe mention my username on the intro page, as a small way to keep my name alive here. I’d love to see the creative ways people could bring new life to my ideas.
