Hi my name is Sophie! 

All I want in the world is for all girls and women to think they are beautiful, because we all are. It has taken me a long time to realise that I am beautiful, because many people have said that I'm not. I'm not tall or smart in fact. But I do believe believe that every single girl should feel that they are not worthless. We are all beautiful. Short or tall. Fat or thin. We are all beautiful and yes we all make mistakes. We are stupid and we are emotional messes ( especially me :)). But we have all been made unique and special. Each of us are stars ( literally ). We are strong and we can do amazing things . Physically or mentally. We are all good at something. Even if you don't believe it you are. My favourite quote is " you are stronger, more powerful than you know. You are beautiful and you are smarter than you can possibly apprehend. But beyond all this you are you, and no-one can change that. Just be yourself it's all you can be. God made you to be you and just remember God ha a path for us all. You are beautiful. xx
