@IsabellaSilver There are some people who are willing to do whatever it takes to win an it's very sad to me.  Judges could be looking for something and just not see what they're looking for so the bad people get away with it.  It's kids sad because you have the hardworking people who work hard to win an then you have the people that will do whatever it takes to win no matter the risks.

I know that there are rules and everything. A man who won a championship (dont remember his name) won on a horse who was illegally shocked with 5,000 volts. People do it against the rules and laws. Judges standing right next to them will see a person do it and they dont care.
