Hi all,
Bit of a sad one I’m afraid - I’m putting three years on pause again. Unfortunately I went on holiday to Greece expecting an engagement ring but came home with a broken heart as me and my boyfriend of 4 years have decided to call it quits.
I’m not in the right headspace to even exist at the moment, and the concept of writing anything let alone a romance book is making me feel violently ill.
I promise I won’t abandon it, I swear. I just need some time to heal.
I hope you all understand.
Love, Rosie xo

@RosieSallow Oh, sweetie, I am so, so incredibly sorry. My heart completely breaks for you reading this. Going into a trip with such beautiful hopes and coming home to this kind of pain is just devastating. Please, please do not spend a single second worrying about pausing the book or "letting anyone down." The readers, us, and the little community you have built care about you so much and we absolutely understand. The story will be right there waiting for you whenever you're ready, but right now, the only thing that matters is you. It makes total sense that writing romance feels completely impossible right now. Don't force yourself to do anything except just breathe and get through day by day. Take all the time you need to cry, process, and heal. You are allowed to just take care of yourself. I am sending you the biggest, gentlest hug. We are all holding you in our thoughts. Please be incredibly kind to yourself. All my love and support, xo
