@Mariane816 really? That’s made me so happy that it managed to hit the way I so desperately wanted it to! I’ll bring it back and work on getting the next few chapters out, it’s only a short story as of course each chapter is based on a song from the album so shouldn’t be too long until it’s finished! Between the Broken and the Brave hit 12k!
Thank you all so so so much from the bottom of my heart - I love each and every one of you to pieces. Thank you all for still reading it, even though I have seemingly left it to fester and die... (sorry!)
My plan is to end the book where it is...
BUT FRET NOT! There will be a second book coming in the new year. I had planned to leave this as a standalone, but I feel happy with where I have left it for the time being, and I know it is on a MASSIVE CLIFFHANGER - I promise all will be revealed in the new year.
I will still be continuing with Three Years - but I can't let my pride and joy die out.
