I am also depicted as 05-14, the fourteenth member of the 05 Council. I have many solutions along with ideas of the foundation world. He is also known as 05-15 the jester, a masked figure who pyschologically manipulates results. His mask is another embodiment of himself which is a jester mask that shifts its expression.

05-14's famous action: Procedure 5917/2140/-D:  SCP-5917 is one of the most powerful object and is useful for Foundation on destroying hostile place or timeline. 
However, the problem is, if one views the map, they turn into a vulture. 
To prevent personnel loss, we will use SCP-2140 and a Class D. Using SCP-2140, the Class D will be loyal. 
Then We will show SCP-5917 to the Class-D who is now loyal personnel. We give them a goggle. A normal goggle. However, when the transformation is complete, most of the case, the vulture will go away. However, we will prevent this by showing picture of SCP-2140 again as soon as they are transformed.

Procedure SCP-682-D: SCP-682 is hostile and an unkillable threat that adapts to anything. However I came to the solution that can kill it. It is using SCP-3120 desginated as the great policy. It i indicated that this anomaly gives the solution that is flawless and effective. Using this we can effectively kill SCP-682!!!!
