I don't really long for more. I am always contented in so many ways. I am a very simple person, it is probably part of my training, very outgoing but I do love silence a lot. Been in Africa for a long time and Europe for a cause and studies. I love writing especially journals of my daily life and activities, poems and reflections from texts, events and even scattered thoughts. Writing is an expression of our being, it gives enlightenment and lighten also our emotional and spiritual journies. Lately I feel like starting all over again, so I started scanning my notes and diaries and journals, hoping that they would inspire people too.I always admire people who somehow, offer their lives for human cause and for common good, selfless acts of charity or spiritual generosity. I love travelling too, so I am looking for friends just to share adventures around the world, sharing ideas and cultures.  The more you know about culture, lifestyle and practices of people, the richer your knowledge be. I always believe in good friendship, so I also expect my friends to be true to themselves.  I love true to life experiences stories, especially reflections on one's daily life.
